Can a photojournalist make enough money for Juliana to open up the youth center? What other careers can she have that can give her relative solitude but make her plenty of money? Maybe her mother left her with enough money.

What will the youth center have? A teen center, a day care..... could she have financial backing from someone else? Maybe a friend in high places, like a boss who knows about her past and her dreams and wants to help. that would give her the ability to rent out the mill without Matt knowing that its her who is going to be doing it and it'll give her the money to renovate it. Maybe the person is the owner of a newspaper who she works for or magazine, someone who is very fond of her, either romantically or as a father figure.

What does Matt do for a living?? He's the owner of the mill that has been in the family for generations. but he must have some kind of career. A cop? Maybe he was the cop on duty when the accident occured.
